Yeetch is born in 2022 in Chambery. The main vision for Yeetch was : many companies work on Microsoft 365, Microsoft company is inversting a lot on Teams® and each of those companies need a HRSI. Let's create a SAAS app hosted in client's Azure cloud client which uses automation with 365 Apps : Teams, Outlook, Word...

Scope of Work

As principal designer of the SaaS i had a lot of missions :

• Be responsible/concerned about everything related to the brand image : communication, marketing
  
  • I did many brand assets (logo, ads, flyers)
  • I validated some production (presentations, videos)

• Manage 2 people
  
  • One as UX/UI designer in master for 2 years
  • One as marketing & communication in master 2 for 6 months

• Determine the scope of the project
  
  • ‍Early at Yeetch creation, i manage to animate workshop with main stakeholders to find what will be our audience, determine features and MVP
    ‍
• Create product assets repositories & structure to make it easy to use for the communication departement, the product team and for commercial team
  ‍
• Manage design sprints in agile processes of a product team

• Be responsible of design roadmap and artefacts => Personas, userflows, interviews, usertests, workshops
