Project Overview
Short-term assignment (40 days).
As part of the SILVA team, my role was to develop a user-centered design approach within 40 days to create a new version of the AXA GO IT portal.
The IT portal is intended for all AXA entities (18 countries), so the entire project took place in an international context. Consequently, the entire project was conducted in English; engagement with the target audience was done remotely.
The project for AXA was a big project but for not for a long time. AXA have offices in many country and each country has its own helpdesk service based on ServiceNow. My goal was to create a learning platform / helpdesk knowledge base which can fit to most of cases of every countries in 3 months

Scope of Work
Discovery
- Client interviews: define a business model using Canva
- Facilitating co-design workshops (8 in total, lasting 2–2.5 hours each)
- Drafting of post-workshop reports and summaries
Design
- Multi-device interface design (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Prototyping

Final Outcome
A plateform designed in 3 months with purposes of many country and which have been developped.
